Nicole James (VanDyke),REALTOR® , ABR™

Nicole has been a member of the KSP team for over 6 years. Nicole looks forward to using all the knowledge she has gained working with Kim to help buyers find the home of their dreams and sellers to get their home sold in the shortest period of time and for top dollar. 

 Nicole grew up in Northern Virginia where she attended Park View High School.  She attended Longwood University and graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration. Always striving to be one of the best,

Nicole attained her Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR™) designation.  This designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation.  This coveted designation is awarded to Real Estate Agents by the Real Estate Buyers Council (REBAC) of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® who meets the specified educational and practical experience critera. 

Nicole and her husband Matt live in Stone Bridge where they are avid sports fans expecially for the Maryland Terrapins, Washington Redskins, and NASCAR racing. 

 Nancy Tessman, REALTOR®

Nancy  was born and raised in Long Island, New York and has lived in Loudoun County for over the past 23 years.  She graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a BS in Material Engineering and a minor in Management.   She earned a Masters of Engineering Management degree from George Washington University. 

 Nancy is married to her college sweetheart,Michael, and they have two sons.  Nancy is extremerly knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and schools in Loudoun County.  She has 2 children who attend Loudoun County Public Schools and is an active volunteer in the PTA but the volunteering she enjoys most is her time spent as a Cub Scout Den Leader.  

 Her business experience in contractual work, her attention to detail and negotiating on 5 different continents gives her clients an advantage during the contracts and negotiation phase of the real estate processl.  Nancy loves to work with buyers, especially first time hombuyers.  She prides herself on the amount of time she takes with each client explaining the buying process so they feel comfortable in each and every step of buying their dream home.

Betsy is originally from a small town of 200 in Wisconsin.  She has resided in Virginia since 1988 and Northern Virginia since 2003.   Betsy earned a BA in Illustration/Arts from Winona State University in Minnesota.  Her first career was in advertising, managing the creative development process on the agency side of multi-million dollar clients such as Mercedes, Saab, Columbia/HCA Healthcare, Kohler, and Charles Schwab to name a few. 

Advertising was a great environment for Betsy to learn and hone her negotiating and management skills that are so important in a client-focused realtor. Betsy is committed to providing her clients with calm, knowledgeable and personalized service - whether they are buyers or sellers, landlords or tenants. Courtesy, fairness and professionalism are her trademarks. Just ask her clients!

Betsy completely understands that for most people, the purchase or sale of a home is one of the most stressful periods in their lives. And her goal is to ensure a smooth and hassle-free transition for all parties, no matter what side of the transaction her clients are on.

Unfortunately, short sales are a substantial part of the real estate market at this time, and Betsy is a Certified Home Rescue Expert with the Home Rescue Institute.  Our team has successfully closed 11 short sales in the last 12 months, and there are more in the midst of the process.

In addition to loving her career and her Kim Spear Properties team, Betsy has a wonderful husband, two adult sons and two adult step-sons that keep her motivated and positive. She looks forward to meeting you and discussing your real estate needs, whatever they may be!

Andrea Schatz Hayes, REALTOR®

Andrea Was born and raised in Sterling, Virginia.  She has a Cum Laude Associates Degree from Northern Virginia Community College. 

 Her career has taken her all over the Northern Virginia area in the Hospitality Industry for 6 years doing contracting and negotiations, (Ritz-Carlton, Hilton, and Benchmark Hospitality Management better known as Lansdowne Resort and Conference Center). 

 Andrea wants to help people's hard work pay off with achieving the "American Dream" so in order to accomplish her goals decided that Real Estate was the way to go! 

 Andrea is married to a wonderful "VA bred" husband and resides in Potomac Falls with their two Goldens, Corey (6 years) and Duncan (8 months).  Andrea and her husband own rental properties in Fairfax County which helps her in understanding investors.
